This agreement simply helps ensure we both have a clear understanding of our coaching relationship and what you can expect during our time together.
YOUR COACHING PACKAGE
This agreement is for the Journey Package, which includessix (12) 45-minute coaching sessionswith Clear Path Coaching.
The Clear Path Journey is designed for clients who are ready to invest in lasting growth through a longer-term coaching partnership. Together, we'll work through challenges, build meaningful momentum, and move forward with faith, clarity, and purpose – one faithful step at a time.

Payment Options

☐ Three Monthly Payments – Three payments of $265.00 (4 sessions per month)
If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, coaching services may be paused until the account is brought current.
Coaching is most effective when meaningful change is supported through consistency over time. The Rebuild Package is designed to provide the structure, accountability, and continuity that help create lasting progress.
SCHEDULING
Your coaching session will be scheduled through Paperbell, and a confirmation email will be sent after booking.
COACHING SESSION POLICIES
Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions.
If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time unless otherwise agreed upon.
COACHING RELATIONSHIP
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you move forward with faith, clarity, and purpose.
Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment and should not be considered a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, or legal or financial advice.
Coaching is a future-focused partnership designed to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and take intentional steps toward your personal goals.
BETWEEN SESSION SUPPORT
Clear Path Coaching includes access to message for brief questions, updates, encouragement, or to share progress between sessions.
While I enjoy hearing how you're doing and want to support your journey, please understand that messages are not monitored continuously. I will respond as my schedule allows, and responses may not be immediate or occur before your next scheduled session.
If your message requires in-depth coaching or discussion, we'll save that conversation for your next scheduled session so we can give it the time and attention it deserves.
Messaging your coach is not intended for emergency situations or urgent support. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911 or the appropriate emergency services.
EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at the coach's discretion.
No-show appointments may be considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
Because coaching involves reserving time and resources specifically for each client, completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Unused future sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Coaching works best when we work together. I understand that my progress depends on my willingness to participate honestly, take action between sessions, and apply what I learn.
I understand that coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.
AGREEMENT
This agreement will remain in effect for12 monthsfrom the date it is signed unless replaced by a newer version or terminated by either party.
During this time, future Pay-As-You-Go coaching sessions may be scheduled without completing a new agreement.
If more than 12 months have passed since this agreement was signed, or if Clear Path Coaching has made material updates to its policies or agreements, a new agreement will be required before additional coaching sessions are scheduled.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement and agree to the terms outlined above.
