Cancellation Policy

Clear Path Coaching Booking Policy Scheduling & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used and are not eligible for a refund or replacement. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Clear Path Coaching. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without notice may forfeit that session. Payments & Refunds Payments for individual coaching sessions are non-refundable. Coaching packages are billed in monthly installments. Payments already processed are non-refundable. Package sessions do not have to be used within the monthly billing period and remain available for up to 12 months from the original package purchase date. Package Cancellation Clients may cancel the remaining portion of a coaching package to prevent future monthly payments. Cancellation requests must be made directly to Clear Path Coaching by email and received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation is complete once confirmed by Clear Path Coaching. Sessions already made available based on payments received may still be used after cancellation, subject to the package’s scheduling limits and 12-month expiration period. Between-Session Communication Clients are welcome to email brief updates or questions between sessions. Responses may not be immediate, and topics requiring more in-depth discussion may be saved for the next scheduled session. Emergencies Clear Path Coaching does not provide emergency or crisis services, and email is not monitored for emergencies.
